BOOKING PROCEDURE

 Please read these further notes, and then click below to open the Booking Form:

Ordering tickets: Please complete the Booking Form, ticking in the right-hand column to indicate whether you wish to accept lower priced tickets if your request cannot be met in full. Then post it as soon as possible with a stamped addressed envelope (size DL – 22cm x 11cm (81/2” x 41/4”) and your cheque to: Pinner Jazz Box Office, 49 Cuckoo Hill Road, Pinner, Middx HA5 1AU. If you deliver by hand, kindly do not ring the bell! Please write your address, e-mail or phone number on the back of your cheque to facilitate identification, as the cheques are processed separately.

Payment method: Please note that we are only able to accept payment by cheque, which should be made out to “Pinner Parish Church Jazz”. If you have ticked for lower priced tickets, and choose to leave the amount in words and figures blank, then we shall complete it for the correct amount, to save having to provide a refund. If you do not wish to have alternative tickets, then we shall return your cheque.

Concessions: Half price tickets are available to students - please enter the appropriate price, and enclose a note telling us where and what you study.

Booking Priority: Supporters should receive Booking Forms on 6th August either by post or e-mail, and the Box Office is open from 8th August, but all booking forms are dealt with strictly in the order in which they arrive, so please send your form in as quickly as possible to obtain the best seats. Please also note that ticket distribution will not commence until late August. For applications received during the week of a concert, booking forms and phone messages will be processed if received more than 48 hours before the relevant concert, with your tickets available at the door. Thereafter, you may buy tickets at the door, and information about current ticket availability is on the Box Office Information line (8429-1260) and our website: www.pinnerjazz.org.uk.

Refunds/Returns: Refunds, if required, will be sent to you by cheque for £25 or more. Otherwise, we shall send a refund note, and shall be grateful if you will exchange it for cash at the refund desk, which will be open at the South Door during the interval at each concert. We regret that we are unable to accept returned unwanted tickets.
